Return and Refund Policy

At GrowithJB, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

• Include all original tags and packaging.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at jyotigoudap61@gmail.com with details and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to complete the refund process.
